Our process
Our coffee beans don't touch a roasting machine until an order is placed. This is to ensure that you are able to enjoy the coffee when it is at it's best. We have meticulously thought about the best way to deliver you coffee so that you get it when it is at peak freshness.
Once the coffee is roasted we package and ship the coffee within one working day. This means that you will get your coffee in 3 to 5 working days after it has been roasted. This coincides with the best time possible to enjoy your coffee.
Our roasting schedule
We want you to enjoy coffee when it is at peak freshness. We have therefore organised our roasting schedule in a way to accommodate for this. We finalise our orders on a Friday for the week and then roast the coffee on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. It is then packages and sent out for delivery on the same day. As mentioned previously, this would mean that you would receive your coffee 3 to 5 business days after it has been roasted. Just in time to enjoy for peak freshness.
